Labor??? Ftm

So I am 0 cervix 100% effaced and baby is a 2 station already in cervical canal doctor checked and literally in there poked her in the head twice. I 2.5cm dilated doctor said she will admit me at 4cm. I have been having contractions all day but not strong enough ones I guess. They are uncomfortable and at the moment I am in a lot of pain. I’m 37 and 3 days any way to control the pain or progress faster I need some relief. I have had a terrible pregnancy doctor didn’t think we would make it past 24 weeks 28 weeks 30 weeks and so on but here we are. Have been on bedrest with preterm labor at 20 weeks. I really want some relief.
