how to change marernity hospital?

Im in Philadelphia and the nearest hospital is Temple University. i been going there for everything so i have a long history of medical records there. However i heard alot of bad thing about temples labor and delivery. To be honest all the birth stories I heard from there all sound like nightmares. I dont know what to do honestly but im thinking of giving birth somewhere else despite thae fact theat i been going to temple for all my prenatal and ultrasounds. How do i go about planning on giving birth somewhere else instead of temple
