miscarriage at 10 weeks

I had a bleed at six weeks followed by a scan and saw the tiny heartbeat and thought everything would be fine. But on Saturday i started bleeding and passed a clot by the time i got to A&E; the bleeding stopped and had another scan booked for Tuesday and went home Sunday night woke up in a pool of blood went back to A&E; and the same thing. Monday afternoon i started bleeding a lot and passing a lot of clots my husband got me back to A&E; where i passed out i lost 2 litres of bloody and a transfusion and and emergency surgery it all happened so quickly crying really hurts where ive had tubes down my throat. I feel so empty
