Need positive IUD stories

I decided I want to get an IUD, but reading some of the bad experiences online has me psyching myself out. You don’t normally hear about good experiences because those people tend to forget about it since it’s not causing problems. Can anyone share their good experiences with IUDs and which one you have/had? (I would especially love to hear some good experiences from other breastfeeding moms out there, but all good experiences are welcome).
