What did you NOT receive from your baby shower?

Wondering what exactly I’ll still have to get after the shower. 
I already have :
Car seat
Stroller
Swing
Pack n play
Ubbi diaper pail
Moby wrap(Saw that someone bought off of registry) 
4x boxes of 702 wipes
1 box of size 1 diapers
1 box of size 2 diapers
Quite a few outfits
I’m in no way trying to brag, just wondering what I should still expect to buy on my own.

stuff for mom for nursing. like nipple cream, bras.. stuff like that. I didn't get mittens for baby.

I forgot most of those until I was around 38 weeks. Most people get blankets, clothes, diapers, and wipes for baby showers.

You’ll receive clothes regardless if they’re in your registry or not. I put no clothes on my registry (my sister gave my garbage bags full from my nephew who is 9 months) and I still came home with a few weeks with or brand new outfits. Baby bath kits I received a couple of, I got a few binkies. I got a high chair, Co sleeper my neighbors gave me two pack n plays(I know it’s not from my baby shower but when people hear you’re having a baby they just GIVE you stuff lol) and hopefully you’ll rack up on more diapers in the bigger sizes like 2 and 3.

Honestly depends on your guests, and their gift-giving. I’m a registry girl, so I always spend a moderate amount on registry items, and top it off with some diapers/blankets etc. 
However, at my shower with my first, 95% of what I received was diapers, blankets, and outfits. A few guests gave me larger items from the registry, but almost all of my gifts were things I wouldn’t really consider must-haves. BUT, I wouldn’t jump ahead and buy too much before your shower either because your registry, if you have one, will probably send you a VERY nice coupon for all the stuff you don’t get as gifts. We did a big purchase to finish our what we needed after the shower and ended up saving over $900.

I had basically everything I needed as well before my shower, so I put more of the smaller things on my registry and some big things too. I only received 3 things from my registry and they were all purchased by my grandma lol. Which was the carseat/stroller, baby monitor, & pack n play. Everything else I got from my shower I already had or didn’t need so I ended up returning most of it for in store credit and had to purchase whatever else I wanted/needed myself.
