Really confused- Spotting

So I got a super faint positive today, I posted it in the faint positive group. I took two tests to make sure it wasn’t just an evap line but it was really faint. I’m nervous because for the past 3 days I have been spotting brown discharge, sorry if tmi, and today it has stopped. One of those days it involved a lot of cramping. I’m not sure if I’m having a chemical pregnancy.

Did anyone have brown spotting and end up pregnant or has anyone had brown discharge and it took awhile to start bleeding from a chemical?

I just don’t want to get excited yet
