Ovulation started before egg retrieval 😢
I went in for egg retrieval today and turned out that I already started ovulating earlier. The doctor still managed to retrieve 9 but much fewer compared to the 15 eggs which she originally expected. I feel disappointed about the amount and nervous about what’s next... Does that mean I lost the “good eggs” that were released first from early ovulation? Did you experience something like this and how many healthy embryos did you end up with eventually?
