Thorn prick infected? Hurts like hell

So 2 days ago I was picking blackberries with my friends and I got stabbed by one pretty deep right on my left finger knuckle. It looks like a small pimple, a little gooey, but for some reason it hurts SO BAD with the SLIGHTEST touch. It feels like it stabbed my fucking bone. All through the meat.. I looked up if blackberry thorns were poisonous but Idk what to think. Is there any ointment I can put on it? I dont think there is a thorn in my finger. Im like 99% sure. Just hurts 😣😣😭😭😭
