Circumcision...differences?

So my husband and I are expecting our first (my third. I have a son and daughter from a previous relationship) and we were discussing circumcision.

My 8 year old son was not circumcised and I would also prefer that this one not be.

He said he’s unsure how he feels and he thinks uncircumcised penises “look weird”.

I’m obviously not trying to get into a heated debate with my husband, I just don’t know how to approach the conversation.

I don’t want to come off pushy trying to educate him on why I chose not to last time but at the same time, I want him to consider everything.

Have you ladies ever had to deal with something similar?

Edit: thank you ladies. I’m not trying to get into a debate on the reasons WHY I’m more so just asking if you guys have had to cross this bridge with your partner, how you handled it.
