Please comment PLEASE!!!

So my boyfriend and I of 10 months have sex quite often. I’m on birth control a very low dosage though. We do not use condoms. I been on top of the everyday pill, took it at the same time and everything. Recently, I messed up big time. I was VERY irresponsible and didn’t take it for three days ( no idea how that happen, I just wasn’t myself). In those three days I’ve had unprotected sex and he DID cum inside me (i know for a 100% fact). I called my doctor and she said I might get slight bleeding because of my missed birth control. And I did. I bled for about 3-4 days. I’m just so scared I could be pregnant. I’m very moody. And I’m crying for NO reason. Also I have these sharp pains on my right side that I never has before. I dont know what to expect. should I take a pregnancy test?? When should I take one if I need to ?? Please help 😔. By the way I’m 19 and my boyfriend is 20.
