I wake up now at 3 and can’t go back to sleep till after 5-6 😭 it’s making my man not get allot of sleep cuz I’m up and down peeing and tossing and turning trying to get back to sleep anyone have any tips on how to help or is there nothing ? I’ll be 32 weeks on Saturday if that helps
