Waking up super sore?

Hey ladies!

I'm a first time mom, and currently 28 weeks, and for several (2-3) weeks now, the mornings are my biggest challenge. I literally dread going to bed because I wake up sore almost every day. My legs, my butt, shoulders, back, sometimes even my belly.

I'm not sure if I'm sleeping wrong, maybe tossing and turning more than usual..

Or maybe it's normal?!

I asked my OB about it last week and she suggested some yoga poses I should try. Which I did, but they didn't really help.

Has anyone else had an issue with waking up super sore? Any suggestions?
