Curious if I’m having implantation bleed or not?!?

So I don’t know my exact ovulation day cause this month I decided not to do an ovulation test. So this is approximately when I ovulated. Last night before bed I wiped and noticed I had some egg white cm mixed with very pink blood. I slept with a panty liner on, woke up nothing. At work went to the bathroom to notice more light blood in my underwear very little amount. I put on another panty liner and have very little spotting all day. It’s barely there. My boobs also hurt but they also hurt before my cycle. I took a test but I still have 10 days before my cycle, so of course it was negative. Anyone have this same thing happen and turn out pregnant?!? I basically have told myself that I’m done trying after about 12 years of unprotected sex and like 5 years actively trying.
