😍 First Ultrasound! 12weeks 😍

We saw baby moving around: crossing its legs, sucking on its fingers, karate kicking my bladder, disobeying the ultrasound tech's wishes and flipping over on its face. But mostly it just sat with its feet up like it was on vacation.

The ultrasound tech had a cold and a poker face, and was not into telling me details of how things were going - maybe she wasn't allowed or maybe she was just sick - but she did print nice clear pictures for us. According to this app, baby should be 2.1 inches, but mine was 2.8" from crown to butt, and it looks like it has reallllly long legs compared to other people's ultrasounds that I was looking at. So maybe it's a really tall baby? Ultrasound tech kept her poker face and said nothing to my prompting of its legs looking long...

Anyways, it has 10 fingers and 10 toes, and it has a normal heartbeat of 155, and my husband says it looks like the brain, heart, and spine are all in the right places. It has a tiny dot each for a developing stomach and bladder.

I can’t wait to find out baby’s gender. Seems so weird to call a baby “it” 😅
