Help! Struggling - lump under arm pit...

So my baby boy is 10 days old. I've been nursing and pump usually once a day - 2 oz from each side. I'm getting really engorged and last night I noticed a huge bump under my armpit. It's not really painful currently, but I'd like for it not to be there and I don't know what to do..

I tried calling a lactation specialist today, left a message but haven't heard back. Any suggestions?
