Nursing for comfort or cluster feeding?

My daughter is 7 weeks and in the afternoon will spend HOURS on my boobs. I’m pretty sure she’s nursing for comfort and not cluster feeding. 
She cries when I take her off, she doesn’t want a binky, but doesnt seem to be actively nursing. I desperately need a break and I don’t know what to do. Please help!

7 weeks is a growth spurt. I would say cluster feeding. You could always pump after your first morning feed and have the bottle for when you need a break.... that or find your favorite chair ha! I recently started nursing lying down every once in a while - it’s amazing!

Sounds like comfort feeding if she’s not actively nursing. I don’t really have an answer for you, but I wanted to HIGHLY suggest finding a support group in your area. Going every week really helped me. You get to meet other women who are either going through the same thing or have gone through it. I felt like finally someone understood what I was going through. Good luck!
