exclusively pumping
how long after birth does it take to establish milk supply enough where you dont have to continuously pump?/cut back in frequency. I am absolutely miserable and on the verge of giving up. It is so hard and I feel like between caring baby and pumping I cant do anything else. I am so exhausted and stressed out! 😓
