Red face ugh!

Okay so this is my face... red, red, and more red 😩 any ideas on what can help? I want to take away the red as much as possible and also want to find a makeup that covers it so all answers are welcome... I almost never get acne but am always so red... it’s getting worse I’m on my 5th foundation this month trying to find something that covers and doesn’t look splotchy (I just got new foundation and if it splotches today I’ll post a pic of what I mean)

I literally hate posting this but maybe it’ll help 🤷🏼‍♀️
