Postpartum period?

I’m breastfeeding my little one who will be 4 weeks old this weekend and never completely stopped bleeding postpartum and have had just tiny amounts of spotting still since. Today it’s picked back up. Possible I’m getting my period already? Thank you! Confused FTM!
