When will I start showing?

My app is telling me most women start obviously showing between 12-16 weeks is this different if you are over weight??
I’m 12w 2 d and 5ft and 195 pounds. When did you ladies start obviously showing??

I didnt "pop" until 18 weeks. I'm 22 weeks and depending on the outfit, you still cant always tell I'm pregnant. Im 5'4 and was 295 pre-pregnancy. I'm starting to think these apps are garbage. I get so frustrated because the app says me or the baby should be doing something and I panic because we aren't. My doctor was like, stay off the apps.

I really popped out at 17 weeks. Honestly, I remember waking up one day and looking like this pic below. It happened out of nowhere and will for you too!!!! I’m 5’4 and weigh 165 pre pregnancy.

I think it was at 20 weeks. I'm 5'1 and 190 pounds. I didn't gain a pound until last week at 24 weeks. This is me at 20

Before that I just felt fat. I still feel like that if I wear lose clothes. People only know I'm prego when I wear tight fitting shirts

I have always carried extra weight in my gut area. I'm 5ft7 and I was 246 pre pregnancy,  and I've now lost 9lbs. At 15 weeks exact just a few days ago laying on my back I noticed my true baby bumb.
