Tomorrow will be 3days late

When should I retest? Tested at one day late with a BFN. All I feel is extremely exhausted sore boobs and constant headaches it seems. I have lost 156lbs this last year to try and conceive. Removed iud May 22,2018 and I have been regular since January. This is my first cycle being late. Tonight it’s hard to tell how I feel as we spent all day at the river I did swim a little but it was 100 here today and that’s hot for us in the Northwest. Haha! Should I wait for AF or when should I try to retest? I’m not spotting either and I typically will spot the day before suspected AF. Feeling super discouraged, sister called me today to tell me she is pregnant and that it wasn’t planned. Then sent a text telling me she didn’t want to hurt me. I truly appreciate it but been crying nonstop on and off since I got the call. I have done so much to prep my body I just don’t understand. Hubby keeps loving on my and I keep snapping at him tonight and I don’t mean to. Idk why it hurts me I should be happy for her
