I think the contractions where the worst part yeah it burns and stings while pushing but it was over so quick xx

Just know, the ring of fire is a real thing. I had an epidural, but man, every woman feels that ish. Just clenched my who-ha thinking about it.

Pushing is a relief after contractions! You actually get to DO something!! But I think it was also less painful for me because I always pushed crouched instead of laying down

Pushing was not bad. Especially psychologically. You spend so much of labor just waiting for those contractions to get the baby into position. With pushing you FINALLY can really do something that will give you a result.

The ring of fire is REAL girl! Neither of my sisters experienced it, so after I had my daughter I was like wtf?! Why didn’t either of you tell me about this?! Lol they had no idea it was even a thing. If you get it, it feels like someone is pointing a blowtorch at your vag while it’s being ripped in half. Not trying to scare you, but it happens!

I'd take the pushing out of the contractions, pushing out just burned a bit but once he was out it was better.

in my opinion, it only hurt for me because of how tired i was after labouring for 48+ hours and zero sleep. Everything is worse when you’re tired. It honestly isn’t as bad as i thought it would be
