Weight troubles🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m 16 years old and 180 pounds. I hate my body to the point that I just want to wear baggy shirts and comfy shorts and stay in the house all day. I started drinking only water and would add Lemmon or orange slices sometimes, I’m trying to reduce my caloric intake, and I’m waking up earlier to go for morning walks. The only problem is that I don’t feel like I’m doing enough. I would like to go for 2 walks a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, and I would like to only eat healthy, but my parents are almost always cooking shit food. I also feel like this is going to be like every other time I try to be more active and lose weight, I will loose motivation and quit. How do you stay motivated to eat healthy and lose weight? Also do you have any tips or recommendations? Thanks!
