Best affordable eyeshadow pallette?

I used to have this cheap makeup that I got a dollar store but recently got rid of it cause I was tired of how crappy it was. I think the brand was L. A colors or something. Anyways what is an affordable eyeshadow palette that you would recommend? By affordable I mean like under $20. I don't want to spend more than that since I know I will only use it for special occasions. Also don't want something with more than 12 colors but I won't be too picky if it's in my price range. Thanks for all of the suggestions! I ended up getting a 4 color Colourpop pallette for $12.99 with $5 off. It had good reviews and price was reasonable. I might consider getting a bigger pallette if I ever decide to get really into makeup.
