It is in my relationship. Snooping means you don’t trust your SO, and I’m not going to waste my time with someone I don’t trust/ doesn’t trust me.

I think looking though a phone is for a parent/child relationship, not a relationship between two adults. If you’re S/O has done something to lose your trust so badly that you have to look through his/her phone, you either need to work the problem out like adults or break up.

Honestly I have done it before but in front of him. He gave me reason not to trust him for a while. We have been together for three years now and I don’t feel the need to go through his phone but I do catch him snooping through mine every now and then. It doesn’t bother me bc I have nothing to hide. But I don’t like that he thinks I do.

I'm going to be quite open. I always trusted my husband 100% because his ex wife cheated, got pregnant, and left. So why would he cheat? Well one day he fell asleep and I noticed he got a notification on his phone with a lock over it... meaning he was hiding something (it's a feature on our Androids). I was really confused, I opened it and he's super predictable so I figured out his second passcode and found out he was cheating on me.... with his ex wife and other women. Blah, kinda wish I didn't snoop, but at the same time I now know I'm not truly loved like I thought I was. hard place and a rock I guess

All this "if you don't trust ... blah blah blah" I think you shouldn't put anything past anyone doesn't matter how much you trust them they could secretly be cheating regardless of your trust now if you snoop than stay you shouldn't have went through anything .

He has always given me permission to get on his phone and look thru it. But I never do. I tell him “I don’t need to look thru it. I trust you and i love u. Let’s enjoy dis day” Trust, guys, TrUsT👍
