What can I take for sleep?
I was on trazadone to help me sleep after losing my son a few months ago. Now that I’m pregnant again I can’t take it since it is an antidepressant (even though that wasn’t why I was taking it). So now I’m lost on what is safe to take. I don’t see my doctor for 2 weeks and really can’t go that long without a decent nights sleep here and there. I don’t want to get used to something else, just something to help coax me back into a schedule.
