Tiny bit of spotting 15 dpo

I had light af like cramps the night before and day at was due on Tuesday but nothing happened and it went away. Fast forward to today tmi I had tiny spot of brown but nothing when I wiped and 2 more tiny dots a few hours later and nothing else. That was around 3 pm and then 10 pm. Is it possible it could be from implantation? I know 16 dpo is late but I also didn’t test for O just checked for the cramps and ewcm I usually have. And if I actually was 16 dpo is it possible it’s from a few days ago and is just coming out now hence why it’s brown meaning it’s old blood? Praying for my rainbow baby💕
