At 11+3 I had heavy bleeding with no clots of cramping. Went to pregnancy assessment unit and they checked me. There was a heartbeat and cervix was closed. This bleeding is still continuing until this day and only when I wipe, but it looks dark brown so I’m assuming it’s about to finish. I had another ultrasound 2 days ago and baby looked well and healthy. Can you please share your experience? I don’t know what miscarriage is like and what usually happen as everyone is different. I can’t stop worrying
