New to OPKs
I got my mirena removed at the end of May (no periods for 8 years), first cycle 29 days, next was 32 days. When do you guys suggest I start OPKs? I have no idea when/if I ovulate! Currently cycle day 6, my period just ended. Thanks in advance!
