I’m sorry but I just have to vent to someone and not to my boyfriend!

Anytime we make plans or have a big decision that we both need to figure out together he always say “ I don’t care, I just want to see you” or “ I don’t care it’s up to you” or simply “ I don’t care”... IT DRIVES ME NUTS! I need him to CARE!! I would like to know his opinion! I can’t stand that answer and it’s all he says!
