28 days late?!

1. I am on birth control

2. I missed two pills last month and the doubled up as told and I even started a “period”on the second day

3. I am almost 5 months pp

I’m terrified rn I have an almost 5 months old and I’m 28 days late for my period. I’ve been having sharp pains every now and then in my lower left abdomen. I don’t know if maybe I have a cyst in my ovaries or maybe an ectopic pregnancy? Has anyone else had this happen? Also I just lost my health insurance so I’m praying it’s nothing serious like an ectopic but I’m so scared
