7 DPO and sick as a dog

I’ve been sick the last 2 days. Sore throat, sinuses headache,runny nose, and dull throbbing in my left ovary.

I’ve googled so many times what the throbbing ovary means and all I got was cysts. I don’t think I have any cysts so I’m confused at what mine is.

I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and both negative.

Have any of you had these symptoms and got a BFP?
