Unexpected pregnancy...surprise announcement or no?

First of all, I’m not pregnant to my knowledge. But my period is a few days late and I’m going to take a test. If I am pregnant, its going to be a huge shock to my fiancé. I know he is going to be super stressed out, even though I know he will support me and love his baby. But I want to announce it in a fun way! I wanted to surprise him with a cute “hello daddy” onesie or something like that on our upcoming trip, but I’m afraid he will just freak out. Should I just tell him as soon as I take the test?

I think if it’ll be a shock, you should just tell him face to face and have a discussion about your future plans with the pregnancy. I know my husband would be completely off guard if I told him I was pregnant and would not appreciate the surprise. He would want me to tell him I was late and take the test together.
However, if you feel he’ll be happy and surprised with a good reaction, I see no problem with a cute baby onesie of “You’re going to be a daddy April 2018” 
I just know my husband would NOT be happy because we are doing everything possible to avoid pregnancy since we don’t want kids for the next 5-7 years. 😂

I couldn’t keep it secret! If I could’ve I would’ve surprised my husband doing something cute. If you can keep it secret then go for the surprise!
