abusive relationship
I don’t want to get into too much detail but i’ve been dealing with an on and off emotionally and sexually abusive relationship for the last 8 months or so and i’m having a really hard time moving on from it. i no longer speak to him or see him so there’s at least that but it’s still hard nonetheless. do any of you have tips on how to deal because i’ve run out of ideas
