I’m 31 weeks pregnant and can’t sleep at all. I can’t ever get comfortable, my body hurts if I lay on one side to long and on top of that I have a horrible cough. The doctor says I have post nasal drip. It’s driving me crazy, basically from all the congestion in my nose it’s sucking my ear drum back which is making my ear ache , and all the fluid in my nose is draining in the back of my throat causing this horrible cough and stuffy nose. I have coughed so much I have a headache. I have take a cough suppressant, hunny, and have the vix on my feet with socks on. and still isn’t helping. I just want to go to bed it’s almost 1 am here.. any suggestions?
