Hopeful!!

Hey guys!!

So I’m almost three weeks late on my period and I went to the doctors on The 25/07/18 and did a blood and urine test. They both came out negative but Still no period to this day and I took a test this morning and the test said to wait 3-5mins. around the fifth minute there wasn’t really anything there that I could see but around the 6-7minutes I got this result. Now can someone tell me if this is an evaporation line at all or am I truly pregnant?!!

UPDATE: so I took another test this morning with clear blue and sure enough I got the faintest little line! The doctor guaranteed it!
