First timer

Okay so Im 16 and i had sex for the first time maybe a week ago and ever seen i felt and saw some blood mixed with some gel like stuff I’ve been thinking OMG what if I’m pregnant. I mean i don’t feel pregnant or have any symptoms other than sleeping a lot and gas but I’ve always had that🤦🏾‍♀️. Ive worked up the courage today to tell my grandma and ask for her help but she told me that it is probably just a urine infection or something like that. I just need a little help because i have anxiety and i tend to stress about everything a lot so just imagine having to think about this every second of the day for about a week. I really need help in figuring out if this is just what you see after the first time or should i be worried. Ive been looking up everything from symptoms that are regularly seen of the first trimester to what type of discharge I’m supposed to be seeing. I usually have a lot of discharge but now its really thin almost like water. I need help please!!!😬
