I guess I should give up

According to glow I’m 27 days late, yes 27 days. I’ve been to the doctor to get blood work on the 18th but it’s came back negative under 6 or something like that . I showed her where earlier that week I was getting vvvfls and she said she thinks maybe I need a ultrasound but I’ve been working so much I haven’t got around to getting one. In the back of my mind I’m like if I am / was pregnant it would be showing up like BAM here I am. Should I just give up
