Nausea and work???

Hey, peeps! With my first pregnancy,I had just graduated college and I didn't go immediately to work, so if I was sick or nauseous, I just laid around. However, this is my second pregnancy, and the nausea is hitting me HARD. I am a 2nd grade teacher, and we start school on the 8th. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with nausea at work? I'm super worried about it.

Have you tried taking vitamin B6 and Unisom? I swear, that stuff was the only thing that got me through first trimester. It didn’t take my nausea completely away (I still had to be careful to eat something every couple hours to stay ahead of hunger, and stay hydrated) but it made it so I was at least functional.

Peppermints, peppermint oil, sea bands, saltines, ginger ale if you’re allowed to have a cup with you. Good luck! Hopefully it goes away soon and you won’t have to worry about it interfering with school!

I've heard great things about vitamin B6 and Unisom! Lemon water helps me a lot. Also if you find you're really struggling it might be worth asking your doctor to write you a prescription for Zofran. That's really helped me when I have bad days.
