Is anyone else so nervous about labour it takes the excitement away? 😩

I’m so ready to meet my baby but I’m so nervous about the pain it kinda takes the excitement away and fills me with dread, I know I’ll feel better once she’s here it’s just getting her here first!

I just want to get the labor part over with! I’ve accepted what is going to happen I just want it to be done!

This is my third and I have some anxiety about labor. I had two very different labor and deliveries with my first two so I am just hoping for a working epidural and a smooth delivery this time.  I also am having some anxiety about when this happens and how. Will is start with contractions or will my water break? Will it be at night or the weekend when my husband is home or not? I guess I just wonder all of these things and it makes me nervous but ultimately I realize that I can’t control any of it. That’s probably the scariest, we have 0 control. 
Good luck mama. Everything will go great. We just have to have faith. Those Drs and nurses will do the best they can to make you comfortable and to make sure baby makes his/her way into the world as safely as possible.

I’m not nervous about labor, I’m just ready for it to happen. I’m more nervous about his well being, I just want to know he’s okay. And then I’m also nervous about when we take him home, it’s our first.

Im on my second baby and with my first I had an unmedicated so I'm not even scared of the pain since I already know what its like. I just want my baby here already!! 😂 It makes me more nervous to have 2 kids.

Im more nervous about if I get to go into labor on my own this time, if I’m actually gonna know lol and like when it happens and where I’ll be or where my husband will be! (I got preeclampsia with my first and had to be induced)

You know how they say once they are here you forget the pain you went through ?! Nope. I’ll never forget lol this is my second baby and I’m more nervous this time than I was last time ! And I had a pretty easy labor 🙄 I think because I live 35 minutes from the hospital instead of 5 like last time I’m afraid I’m gonna have my baby in the car 😭😂
