Potty Training 1 year old

Anyone have an experience potty training a 1 year old I mean like literally a 12 month old not a 15 or 18 month old a 1 year old! we are considering having a new baby very soon and i want to potty train him as soo. as possible yes i know what "they say" on how you should wait until they are 2-3. Great suggestion but not my plan I dont want it to be an even harder habbit to break the older ge gets I have read on it and i know its possible. Just wanting to know if anyone else has had an experience and any suggestions on how to make it as smooth as possible. I am a stay at home mom so its easier for me to devote all my time to him.
