Pregnancy

So me and my boyfriend had sex on July 24 and That was a day before ovulation he think he came in me but I didn’t take a pregnancy test as yet but I feel like throwing up all the time , have really bad headaches and discharge but I don’t feel pregnant you know how ladies say you just know my nipples are fine my belly feels fine I eat a lot and always have low back pain do you guys think I’m pregnant?
