piriformis syndrome
I'm 16 weeks and been having extreme pain in my butt around my butt bone, hip and low back. doctor told me only thing I can do is apply moist heat, tylenol and menthol creams but none of that is working and the pain is excruciating. any tips or tricks to make it stop?
