How To Beat Jealousy

Hi friends!

So I recently began a new relationship with this incredible guy. My problem is, I find myself incredibly jealous over small interactions he has with other women. In my last relationship (before him), I was cheated on and manipulated many times. I am almost positive my jealousy issues stem from this previous

relationship, as I was never a jealous person before. I am wondering if anyone has any advice about how to beat this? I feel as though this jealous feeling is eating me alive. I am hesitant to talk to my boyfriend about it, as I don't want to come across as crazy or make him think I expect him to stay away from other women completely. I am just confused and frustrated and hurting.
