Miscarriage

So, I believe i miscarried on June 25th I bled way heavier than normal and almost unbearable cramps. The bleeding lasted about a week it was super heavy for about 4-5 of those days, and eventually lightened up. I was filling up super plus tampons in about an hour. It was bright red and very large clumps they were a littler bigger than normal. I think one of them was a purplish red color. Sorry tmi!! But does this sound like a miscarriage to anyone. If so is it possible to still have pregnancy symptoms for a little while after a miscarriage? Thanks!
