1st Birthday Theme?

This is very early, but I’ve always liked planning things early (helps me with my depression and such for some reason), but my daughters 1st Birthday is in February, the 27th to be exact. I’ve been looking through and bouncing around on different themes, and cant settle on one. Last night I came across a theme called winter ONEderland, a winter themed part. My husband and I thought it was really cute. Only thing is, I’m not sure if it would be too late in the season to have a party theme like that. We live in Oklahoma and it usually is still cold, and sometimes can snow that late. So, What do you guys think? Is it too late for that theme or not? TIA 😊
