higher libido

so me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 months now and i’ve been on birth control for 1 month and i’m always horny, like whenever i’m with him i always want to have sex and he doesn’t, and i don’t know if this is normal but whenever i’m in the mood and he’s not i get really sexually frustrated and upset. i’ve tried to talk about it and he says he’ll do it more but he doesn’t, what should i do?
