Did/do you drink caffeinated teas and coffee when pregnant?

I’ve given up coffee completely but have a cup of tea every now and then 😊 i used to drink 1 cup coffee and 2-3 cups of tea a day before I fell pregnant.

My first pregnancy I only drank water, prune juice, and orange juice.

You can carry on doing that! You're allowed 200 mg of caffeine a day so I do a count. An espresso is 75mg, black tea is 47mg and a can of cola is about 35mg. Bear in mind that chocolate and some sodas contain caffeine!

I drank tea and some soda, but tried to limit to two at most per day. I also switched to caffeine free tea (but it’s not actually 100% caffeine free) and I couldn’t tell a difference in the taste.

I did with all 3 of my other pregnancies. This pregnancy is a lot riskier than the others. I am older, have gestational diabetes, my last pregnancy had complications...13 years ago and I am high stress with an anxiety disorder so I have cut out all caffeine 😑😆

My dr said that caffeine was only not advised in the first trimester (at least be careful with the amount). She said after the first trimester it’s not a big deal.
