Sis thinks I’ll upset the family w/ another miscarriage

I’m only 6 weeks along and told my family that I was pregnant. I had a miscarriage in May. I did it so early because my family has planned a huge vacation to the Caribbean in January and I wanted to let them know that my husband and I wouldn’t be attending because I’d be about 30 weeks along by then. My sister got very upset and said I shouldn’t have told anyone I was pregnant until I was much further along. She said telling everyone now was just getting their hopes up again and I should’ve made up another excuse as to why we couldn’t go on the trip. She’s really pissing me off and I guess I just needed to vent.
