What to do on cycle day 48? 🤔🤨✨✨

I've been off birth control since November, and never skipped a period. Anyone on here skip periods randomly? I'm also pretty sure I didn't ovulate either according to my OPKs. Can someone shed some light on what my body might be doing? Should I be concerned? I'm lost here.

pretty sure Im at about day 48 myself. took two tests both negatory. but then I havw pcos (poly cystic ovary syn.) so for me the chance that its that is always there. sad because ive been regular since getting off birth control really thought this was it.. grr
Id say if you feel something is wrong have a doc look if not..well not much they can do really. but I'd talk to your doc if its consistantly off they may have tips for you.
